Very little fat cap
Brisket came with very little fat cap and did not soak up as much flavor as it should have (considering it was marinated/seasoned coated overnight). Overall, the meat could have been better for the price you’re paying.

Large brisket
Meat received in good order! Still frozen. We thawed and smoked up as BBQ brisket! Excellent flavor! Highly recommend!!

Looks Great
We have bought Brisket from Simpson Meats before. This one Looks Great. We are looking forward to Smoking it and enjoying every bite.
