Best brisket I’ve ever prepared

I have only ever made brisket in a slow oven and it was always fairly good… however Simpson’s 10 lb brisket was exceptional! Perfect balance of meat to fat and absolutely delicious seasoned only with redmonds garlic salt and roasted covered at 250 for 10 hours. Generously fed 15 people with plenty to spare.

Very little fat cap

Brisket came with very little fat cap and did not soak up as much flavor as it should have (considering it was marinated/seasoned coated overnight). Overall, the meat could have been better for the price you’re paying.

Large brisket

Meat received in good order! Still frozen. We thawed and smoked up as BBQ brisket! Excellent flavor! Highly recommend!!
