The concept is great. I'm very happy with the horizontal adjustments, however the profile of the padding itself is a poor design. The edges are too firm and "sharp" at back. It would be much more comfortable if each pad was shaped with a general blunt oval shape rather than that tapered upwards fin at the back. The front side is still a little pointed and the drop-off extends too far which still digs into soft tissue and cause soreness. It seems like the attempt was to create a sort of cup with the shape, but everyone is shaped different.
