Great replacement for my existing frame. The plastic started squeaking when riding on the old frame. Bi-Saddle Support sent me a new frame to get it fixed. The whole process was super easy and I felt like they genuinely wanted to help me resolve the problem. It's nice to have a great support experience these days.
