Love these products. Especially the Horseradish pickles, and the brines. This Red and Ginger Kraut I'm really enjoying as the Kraut portion of a Reubin sandwich.

It was way more complicated than i thought … it brine and cooking with it they suggest mixing with a salt solution to dilute… that is very confusing also not sure what to cook with it now … i like sauerkraut bc its simple east and extra healthy but this is next level…
I have to do research for the correct recipe or to cook with these … I received 3 different kinds
