Classic Caraway Fermented Sauerkraut

I love my newfound taste for sauerkraut 💛💛💛. I love the olives stuffed w jalapenos. Just the right heat. And the pickles are nice and crispy!!!! Cant wait to try other items.

Classic is the perfect description.

Reminds me of my Grandmother's homemade kraut. Years of kicking myself for not getting her recipe and making my own, ended when I bought this!! Such a familiar flavor.

I'm still learning. I was excited with the flavor and the balance of flavors. For me I need to learn a way to remove the right amount of moisture and find an additional crunch of another vegetable as side dish. I think I would like recipes or information about your products. I'm on the fence on how I'm using them correctly. Did I want larger segments of cabbage? I don't know. Maybe on hot dogs
