Lovely Healthy Plants

I placed a large order of plants to set up and fill in a new aquarium. I was a little concerned because I ordered on Friday (next day delivery) and they didn't arrive until late Monday due to the weekend. However, everything was packaged beautifully and arrived in great condition.

Total loss, everything severe cold damage. Tried planting anyway in hopes of a save but no luck. I understand this was the period of extreme cold weather and shipping delays for most of the country, I would rather the order had been held till better weather or a styro and heat pack would have been used. First time ordering plants online, tried it because of your selection. I’m not a pro have good amount of experience and all the plants I had to go buy at local stores are doing well no problems. Using c02 and ferts, Fluval 3.0. I was so frustrated I just didn’t care, wish it would have turned out better I had planned on building my aquascape from your stock as it was replenished, kind of a test order before I committed more dollars. Been looking at your website approx. two years don’t want to put all the blame on you could have been the timing of the freeze.

Plants arrived with only three leaves left on each, however they were still green leaves so I didn’t make a DOA claim. After one day in the tank they were pretty much dead. For the money I paid I expected a much better experience. If you can’t see the plants in the pictures it because there is like nothing left. First time buyer and will most likely not order again.
