Okay, short shelf life

This was okay. You get notes of maple, but it doesn't have the sweetness of maple syrup; just the slight whiff of it, with some saltiness. It seems a bit off balance and about to lean savory. I'm a fan of maple though, so I personally thought this was better than the Morropon and the Chaska. This was the quickest to go "bad" in the fridge, turning white-ish on the surface (bloom) within a day. Texture changed along with the surface change as well.

Perfect balance of smooth semi-dark chocolate and maple. Excited to try more from Qantu in the future!

Wow! I actually found the description on the package very accurate: nose of caramel and brown sugar, mouth of bright banana and warm cinnamon, and finish of toasted pecan. Truly wonderful experience. The sweetness is perfectly paired with the nuttiness and hint of salt. I could eat this every day!
