*I'm new to artisan dark chocolate, so my palate isn't very refined yet* This bar startles right from the start; it's a 70% but much lighter in color, almost like a milk chocolate. It's got a very strong tart, zesty, citrus taste that reminded me of tropical fruits and honey. This was my favorite bar out of the 6 I ordered because of it's exquisite and unique taste.

The chocolate was creamy and flavorful. A delicious taste.
