Organic Cotton Pillow

I appreciate that this pillow is made with organic materials and has no flame retardants. But the pillow case has an odor similar to sizing used in fabrics, and the instructions say not to wash the pillow itself. The pillow smells too much for me to use it given chemical sensitivities, which is why I chose organic. Other sites mention you can wash organic cotton pillows. I wrote Magnolia on July 10th about this and haven’t heard back. Disappointed that there isn’t a customer service phone number so I can speak with a human.

Paid $50 for a used pillow. Bought 2. One of the ones I received is new. The other is used. Stained brown and wrinkled. Not satisfied at all. Would be a 1 star if I only bought one pillow and got the used one. But I bought 2 pillows and 1 was perfect. So 2 stars for the perfect pillow. Minus 3 stars for disgusting quality control….
