Plant unlikely to survive

The plant was shipped very poorly in a medium that was dried up and retained no moisture by the time it got to me. Half the leaves were already dried out. Also, if you had wrapped the plant in a plastic sheet as many nurseries do, it could have retained moisture and survived.

Dead.

Stem still green but the leaves are all dried up. I got 2 trees. One is fine the other one is dead.
