Oozing pink orange gummy fluid from mango tree, but no help from support

Ordered a Okrung Tong Mango 7gal tree. But had a few spots on the trunk oozing pink to red fluid. Contacted customer support several times to ask if it was due to a disease. First they said it is stress and should dry up. Instead the tree continued to ooze fluid after 2 weeks and in even more spots. I tried again to ask support by email about this. Support just says, send me the pic of the whole tree and then says it's all fine, without actually addressing the concerns of the increased incidents of oozing liquid. I guess they don't care once the tree is shipped. Taking away 2 stars for the issue and lack of proper support response. Giving 3 stars because the tree is good sized for the 7 gal and was reasonably priced and hoping it eventually stops oozing fluids. I have bought two other mango trees shipped from Florida to California which are doing fine, but never had such an oozing liquid issue before like in this one.
