Transformer issue

Several months ago I purchased a new transformer because 20 + year old one burned out. It worked but the candles would turn off after several hours. I called support and got no good advice. Out of frustration I bought another transformer and all seems good now. Support should have offered me a replacement transformer.

Window candles for my new home in Florida On Marco Island

Hi, I have used the window candles in the past on a few of my jobs. I actually had them in my last house. I built about eight years ago and love them and some of my customers who I built for also put them in the windows at the front of their houses as well.
