I thought it might be a bit more elegant.

I ordered a natural stone urn. All natural stone comes with color variations. I put a comment on my order note to please pick one with lots of pink for our sweet girl. They didn’t just find one with some pink.They found one, of my selected material, that was almost ENTIRELY pink. I was so caught off guard. I honestly wasn’t sure anyone would read my note, or (even if they did read it) if they’d care to try, or if they did care if they’d have any with pink left. I’m not sure really what I was hoping for, but…I was just taken aback. Given the nature of the purchase, and the understandably emotional state surrounding it, it should be no surprise opening to find it pink brought me to tears. An act of effort and kindness from an unexpected place means so much in hard times. Thank you is not enough, but sincerely…thank you. Endlessly. Thank you.
