Juicer

Arrived with a cracked juice collector. I called your office and was promptly sent a new one thank you. Then the other day I opened the closure on the spout where the juice comes out and it snapped off! Apparently the plastic was cracked on that too! Maybe work on your packaging for better protection of product during shipment. Can that little piece of plastic closure be replaced? I haven’t had time to call. I find putting juicer back together after cleaning challenging. It would be great if there were better markings on where to line pieces up for fit. It juices great but assembly is not fun.
