The cherries were great but the packaging needs help
I loved the cherries I ordered. They tasted absolutely amazing and so fresh but they were packaged in what looked like shredded paper (for insulation) and it took me hours to pull the cherry stems out if the papers. They were all stuck together. It would be great to use different packaging material for cherris. Thank you.

An automatic message contacted me to say my order of cherries was fulfilled. However, I never got the cherries. I was not notified that you fulfilled the order. However, Customer Service last week told me the crop was too small to fulfill my order and gave me an excellent alternative fruit to order, as a gift. Very kind of you. We've already kindly received a credit for our cherries, as 80% were damaged. I had sent photos to show them. The remaining ones that we ate were fine - not as good as the ones we had last year. On general, you fruit is first class, but the method of packing the cherries left a lot to be desired, as we stated.
