I contacted double threat, a week before Christmas wanting to place an order for a pair of new skates for my daughter for roller derby.
I was advised that they are currently out of stock, but they should be getting something in the next day and they couldn’t promise I would receive them in time for Christmas.
But I did…. The customer service for my initial inquiry to receiving my order was outstanding
