Comfortable from the get go, although...

This is the widest boot of the ones I tried on that are suitable for derby. Perhaps they need breaking in more, or perhaps I need to get used to it, but even as the widest option my pinkie toes are still squashed and rubbed. Great ankle support especially as a low cut boot.
