Amazing service with Double Threat Skates. There was the opportunity to be notified when the item i wanted was in stock which I did. They were then great at answering my questions about the items, and again really supportive when there were postal issues which were Royal Mail's issue but Double Threat team helped me with it. Finally they put in a free pronouns sticker of choice. Really lovely team, felt really friendly for an online shop so big thanks :) Also the product itself was a helmet with tinted visor as i have a condition that means i have real sensitivity to bright lights so really pleased to see more accessibility options with kit coming in :)

Amazing Stunning 10/10

I’m from the US, and the blood red gloss s1 visor helmet is sold out EVERYWHERE. And likely never being produced again. After looking at several US businesses and getting the same $143 refunded over and over again due to online listings not matching store stock, Double Threat Skates happened to actually have one (maybe more?) in stock AND they ship internationally. It made my month. Shipping was surprisingly fast and easy, and the helmet came packed safely and beautifully!! Communication was impeccable and they were so so kind! Thank y’all so much!!!!
