Cepa Vieja Aged Sherry Vinegar

Nice change from Balsamic

Really haven’t experienced Sherry Vinegar before. It is a nice change from Balsamic, less sweet. Recommend mixing in some olive oil to reduce some of the acidity and a little salt and freshly ground pepper. Think I will try adding diced shallots to make a vinaigrette next time.

Delicious and complex

Highly recommend. This luscious vinegar has a slightly viscous consistency, almost like an aged balsamic, with a similar sweetness. Will pump up any dressing recipe. Won't be buying anything else in the future.

Great for adding a little acid just about anywhere! This vinegar has a rich nuttiness to it, and I love it!
