Works well, but the taste...
This product has helped my sleep. I take it about 1 hour before bedtime and feel that it preps my body to start relaxing. The only thing that I don't like about this product is the taste. To me, it tastes like spicy tree bark...LOL. I am starting to get used to it, but would love it more if the flavor was better.

this sleep aid didn't knock me out like i hoped. I won't be reordering it. Maybe it works for other people but not for me.
