Weeping Yoshino Cherry Tree

Damaged when received

I have always been very pleased. However, the tree arrived with 3 broken limbs and insect holes in the leaves. I did take pictures and sent my complaint to the company. I asked if it was going to be ok. No answer, but a credit was issued for 20% of price stating the damage was cosmetic. I am a 69 yr. Old single woman and didn’t want to spend an additional $100 to have it planted. I did have it planted and it is just sitting and not exhibiting any sign of growth.
