As advertised!
Excellent customer service on a shipment that failed. A second shipment was shipped immediately. The trees were of excellent quality and health. Great experience.

Large Replacement Tree!
This Gingko Tree was a pleasant surprise! I had no idea I was going to receive such a large tree as a replacement for the first Gingko that did not survive. PT always goes out of their way to make the customer satisfied. The delivery was very quick, and I received a much larger tree that seems to be doing well in its new home. You really get what you pay for here. Every plant I have received is top quality, and if I have any problems with delivery or if anything happens to the tree, there is never an issue getting refunded or a replacement with the one year guarantee!
