Mind and body in sync important to get both machines working together.
Our focus is deeply affected by if we feel healthy and physically capable of getting through life and all it can throw at us. Not much point if only one area is up and the other is down. Ryan has done a fantastic job of distilling best practices for both functions - mental and physical well being.
