In my several years journey of roasting my own decaf coffee I have gravitated to this Honduran Water Processed bean. It is very easy to roast and full of flavor! It debunks all of the myths about flavorless decaf coffee. I have it every morning and I’m satisfied every morning.

We mix this with Terrazu from Costa Rica to make our favorite half caf

Great for Dark Roast/Medium Dark

Lovely coffee, great for a dark roast lover. It's been a very rewarding experience to have roasted some of the best coffee I've ever had in my life. I can't handle regular coffee anymore and love swiss water process decaf. This Honduran is great when I want a dark roast. It's got a lovely flavor, chocolatey, smooth, not acidic. Honduran is a new region for me and it is great coffee. I use an SR800 with the extension tube and do 8. 0oz at a time. Ice roasted it pretty dark and medium dark. Sorry I forgot all the technical names. Was very nice as a medium dark. I also love reading about where the beans are sources from and what these farms are doing within their community. It's very great. These farmers grow exceptional coffee. I've shared it with my friends and family and they loved it. We do a farmers market for our herbal tea, poultry eggs, baked goods and some other things. We are currently working on adding some swiss water process home roasted coffee to our business this season. God bless and thank you
