Organic Peru Water-Processed Decaf - Unroasted Coffee

Love this decaf

Great decaf, I use it to make a 50/50 half caff for my wife. For myself I prefer even less caffeine, so I roast a 75/25 blend with these beans or the Honduran regular/ decaf beans.

The best decaf so far. Nice bean flavors as described with a light/medium roast (taking 5 to 6 minutes to gently raise temperature to 350 then stopping at 1. 5 minutes after first crack around 430 with hot air roaster). No off taste that some decafs have.

I roast very dark but these beans held up well despite that fact.
