I love this coffee! It smells great as I roast it & can make a light, high-caffeine for those days, or a bit darker and richer.

Excellent Ethiopian Beans

Arrived well packaged and very fresh. These Ethiopian beans are high quality. I roasted to a medium-light level and the cup is bright, clean, and delicious. Looking forward to dialing them in even more.

I roasted these and it turned out fantastic, as usual. Not too much chaff but my roaster has a chaff collector. Will buy again.
