My new Caribbean favorite coffee. Okay, I cannot afford Jamaican Blue Mountain, but this is very smooth. Roasted various levels but prefer light/medium. Very smooth with chocolate and taste. Great morning coffee.

Consistent product and service. Wife prefers a light roast, I prefer stronger - we both get what we want!

This crop is surprisingly great. It's not good, it's great, hands down. It has a significantly balanced flavor. Not chaotic, maybe moderate acidity. I've done 2 batches in roasting, medium roast and a bit darker medium roast. Although in a way medium roast gives you a smoother experience, that might be too light for most. At medium dark, well, I just like the jolt, a full bodied experience, and without bitterness. . .
