Good but different

I’ve purchased this Mexican organic green coffee before, but I think I received a different variety this time. Even using my usual roast profile, the results were significantly different. After a few attempts, I managed to find a profile that works well. I do like this coffee, but I’d appreciate more consistency in future orders.
