A few months ago, our friends from Ethiopia, sent us a bag of coffee beans. Upon tasting that first cup, I cried. 1. It was the best coffee I’d ever had. Ever!!! And 2. I couldn’t figure out how to get more beans when those ran out. So we began having “the good coffee” only when we could just relax and enjoy. Imagine my delight when I discovered y’all. And even more delight when this coffee was oh so delicious. And I can drink it every morning. It is a little luxury of my life. Absolutely luxurious.

Fantastic Medium Roast – Serves Well Hot & Cold!

Organic Ethiopian Yirgacheffe is a great "medium roast from Huehuetenango with milk chocolate & sweet orange notes and bright, balanced citrus acidity. " It has such an elegant and distinct quality that we have yet to find another flavor we like as much. It is also fantastic as iced coffee. Highly recommended!

I absolutely loved the aroma and flavor profile, definitely at the high end of my favorite beans and great to know that it’s been tested for mycotoxins! I like to sample beans from all around probably won’t be there the planet, but this is definitely going to be one of my go to’s!
