Sumatra Mandheling - Unroasted Coffee

Great base for espresso

I've been roasting for a little over a year, and finally decided to make an espresso blend using this Sumatra as the main part. Its been delicious, and everyone that has tried it has thought the same!

I did a Medium-dark roast on the first batch. Excellent Full Body flavor! Little bit of a chocolate hint. Will definitely keep this in my purchase rotation!

One of my favorites. I roasted it medium dark and vacuum sealed the roasted beans and let them rest for 24 hours before grinding and brewing a pot. Robust but very little bitterness, almost none. Has a nutty undertone. A great breakfast blend.
