Brazil Natural - Unroasted Coffee

My go-to beans

This is my standard green bean choice. It roasts well - I usually go fairly dark. I've tried other beans and keep coming back to these for the flavor and price.

Beans are great! I was the only disaster!

First time roasting and even though I didn't do a great job and the bean roast level was uneven. 100% my fault. Too hot. They actually still came out making a good cup of espresso!
