Decaf Colombian - Unroasted Coffee

Perfect flavor and aroma!

The best green decaf beans I have found. They roast with plenty of flavor and aroma, whether you like medium or dark. I haven't tried a light roast yet, but might have to just for fun! Photos are roasting, cooling, and the finished product, still awaiting off-gassing and a few more days rest for the flavor to fully mature.

Decaf has good body and flavor. Have done some roasting at home with the unroasted and that is fun- I mix and match some of the different coffees also on occasion- also good. Coffee is fresh and aromatic. Prices are good and discounts and perks very helpful!

Great Roasted Medium-Medium Dark.

These beans were my first attempt at roasting, so I was afraid of burning the beans. After watching a few videos by Matt Caniff at Hive Roasters I learned a bit more about timing the heat among other things. The first roast I did was a nice medium. It was really tasty. The second roast I did darker, until the beans had pretty much stopped cracking. With this bean I think I prefer the medium roast, though both were lovely.
