Tanzanian Peaberry - Unroasted Coffee

Flavorful and mild

The mild-roasted Tanzanian Peaberry coffee tastes amazing. I co-roast it with Ethiopian decaf 50:50 and am impressed by the full flavor and lack of bitterness.

FRC had been my exclusive supplier of green coffee beans 6 or 7 years for the excellent service and products.

This coffee has a nice balance of if both flavor and acidity. I blend it with Huehuetenango resulting in a smooth roast.
