Great sleeve! Does everything claimed, you are not getting a modern phone in the pocket but perfect for ipods and 2 gels. Warm in the cold, and if you get them a little damp they can definitley cool you down in the sun. I would recommend sizing 1 up from the size chart. I definitely dont have the biggest arms but getting it up onto my bicep is a little tight

Fit is good. Just starting to train with these in the Texas Heat in my prep runs for the hot summer runs!! Used these this past weekend with a heat index of 101F. Felt great and stayed in place the complete run, 13 miles.
