Selecting the right grater option with the multitude of choices was a little daunting. Arriving at the Dual Coarse/Fine option in a mid-size for our tasks is perfect. There is a sturdiness to the design which allows ginger, galangal, turmeric etc to be reduced to the desired texture in no time, with easy clean-up. The inbuilt craftsmanship will I am sure make this a go-to utensil for a long time to come.
