Pistachio Muffin Batter

A customer favorite!

This has been a customer favorite from the moment we set the first one in the bakery case. It tastes like banana nut only with nice chunks of pistachios. I top it with chopped pistachios and raw cane sugar. They come out beautiful! I gave it a 4-star because it only comes in one big 18lb bucket, making it hard to store (small space with limited storage), and they obviously use an abundance of green dye. I would prefer a natural colored batter.
