Blueberry Muffin Batter

I love this blueberry muffin batter! I own a small independent coffee shop in Tennessee with a couple employees, and none of us bake. Who wants coffee without muffins?! I was using Restaurant Depots's muffin batter with rave reviews until they discontinued it. I have searched high and low to replace it. This batter not only replaces it, it exceeds it!
