Puzzled

I have been using this for a little more than a week. I do like it but having read about it online before purchasing I was very puzzled by the serving size recommended on the bag. Every article I read talked about 1/4 to 1/2 tsp. but this says 2 tsps. Wildly different. I have cut back to 1/4 tsp after trying the recommended amount once. I am not using it to treat a condition just for a general tonic and I I do like it’s effect at the lower dose.

Mixed well with warm water, I didn't get heartburn with this product, and feel better and energetic. So far very pleased.
