excellent!
The wagyu ribeye was beautifully marbled and incredibly tender, with a rich, buttery flavor that set it apart from any other steak. Cooked to a perfect medium-rare, it was a genuinely well worth the splurge.

Amazing beefy flavor, tender beyond belief !!!
Right out of the shrink-wrap this was a beautiful steak. I had the time so I cooked this one in my Dutch oven, covered on low-low for about 15 minutes. Then I cranked the heat, added butter to the pan and seasoning to the steak. About 4 minutes each side and it was a perfect med-rare with a nice crust. I spooned the residual butter onto the steak, allowed for a brief rest (which never lasts as long as recommended !!), and this was a carnivore's nirvana!!! I used a steak knife but only needed a table knife. Just a wonderful cut of beef ... this steak is on full repeat !!!
