Great Journal
I love the instructions that go with the journal. It really helps with the process.

It’s okay…
I was a little disappointed in this journal. The writing prompts are the same on each page. It becomes repetitive. There is no inspiration to actually sit and contemplate. The QR code leads to a mini meditation, but I find having to use my phone to engage in a morning mindfulness / meditation practice a little bit of an oxymoron. I will use it- but an expensive journal for what it offers writing wise.
