Pro Cal 80 Calcium Reactor

Nice unit

I have been searching for a economical small calcium reactor for a while and the Aquaristik fit the bill. The unit is superbly engineered but assembled poorly, unfortunately I had two leaks one to the return line in the grey pipe and a small drip in the circulation pump clear housing. I was able to super glue the circulation return line fitting in the grey pipe, The leak was in the grey plug that holds the R/O fitting. Same with the clear housing, whoever is on the assembly line did not glue the pieces together properly.Other than that the unit works flawlessly. My system is a total of 50g and I keep the speed of the circulation pump at 50% and maintain a ph of 6.7/8 in the reactor. I pull water through the unit with a Versa Parastalic pump.
