Easy to install or remove, and fits nicely in 23.8mm handlebars (Nitto mustache). These bar plugs have stayed put better than plastic-snap in options I have used in the past. Note that the plug is not quite flush with the edge of the bars if used without bar tape. This is not a problem, though and probably helps grip to keep bar tape in place snugly.
