Staple handlebar for urban riding and beyond
We're a brick & mortar bike shop and do custom Bassi builds. The Granola Bar has been a standby that we try to keep in stock in both colors. It's a fantastic mix of width and sweep; long enough to offer good leverage for spirited riding, but friendly on the wrists for longer outings. We swapped this bar onto our demo Hog's Back ATB, and my biggest surprise was how much it improved the ergonomics of the Microshift 11-speed trigger shifter. Really got me interested in the interplay between bar sweep and shifter functionality.
This bar's a classic!

Love it
I love everything about these bars except the 31.8 clamp part. It is narrow and tapers down quickly so it's hard to mount anything there. Stem based mounts work, but it'd be nice to have options.
