Very good overall. The Emmi arrived in Massachusetts in good condition, cool. We found the cheese itself somewhat less strong, i.e. less "raclette tasting" than in the past. A suggestion: we occasionally were able to find Emmi raclette with black peppercorns at Aligro in Geneva and always bought it when available. If you stocked it, we would certainly choose it for la Fete Nationale Suisse next year. Meilleurs messages...
