YUM!
This was my first time using this spice and it was fabulous! I used it to make mango chicken so not only did I get this amazing orange color to the dish, it also offset some of the sweet from the mango with a light pepper flavor.

Good quality fresh dried spices!
I was excited to get these achote seeds, they are difficult to find and I love to use them in cooking. The seeds, along with the rest of the spices in my order were fresh and taste high-quality. I also love the compostable packaging!
