Great every time
The oysters always arrive on time and in great shape. We have ordered the Wildcats this time and have ordered
Blue Points and Hamma Hammas. Always briny and sweet and wonderful.

Consistency
That's the word to describe this company's service and product. Year 'round, my experience is that these shellfish are harvested gently, packaged in an ecological manner and, then, shipped securely and promptly. Seeing this upon their arrival is encouraging and inspires me, when I take possession of this precious product, to maintain the same level of care throughout its temporary storage and find preparation. Of course, the payoff for all of this attention is the experiencing the meal that is ultimately served.
Thank you for maintaining the quality.

Wildcat Oysters in late June
The Wildcat Oysters were very tasty and about half of the 3 dozen were milky, which made them look less appetizing but that did not affect the flavor.
