CozyRider™ Carry Case

Quality and fit good, I thought the pad would have been a little more padded for the price. It took almost a month to be delivered and didn't get any response from Customer Service until the day after it was delivered but I do like the CozyRider 2.0

Well Delivery was 2 months from ordering time and you need more status or the ability to check where its at in the process, filling, transport, delivery, etc. It was a blackhole for 2 months which creates a bit of anxiety about did I get taken? The blue QR code did not work after trying 4 different phones. No instructions on setup were received. In using the product, the dog isnt falling into the space between seats, we have the ability to seat belt the dog, and he appears to like the cushioned mat. SO I like the product, customer service on status of delivery would help, Instructions on setup and the QR code should work or have more than 1 spot/location for the QR code. So I am a 85% satisfied customer.
