The quality is not what I was hoping for. The salmon does not look as advertised, to be honest I would say it looks and tastes like average sashimi, when I thought I was ordering premium grade salmon sashimi. I ordered 2 bulk packs of 12 and I received what looks like a lot of end cuts of salmon. The website photos showed nice looking fillets with good marbling. So far I have eaten 8 of the packets and only 1 was what I was expecting. Will unfortunately not be ordering from your company again.
