Flagship Block

This cheese is usually sold in 0.5 lb. wedges. It was nice to find it in a large block. Your prices are quite reasonable, and your cheeses were well packed and arrived in good condition, even in our current very hot weather. This cheese melts marvelously, and makes a to-die-for cheese souffle.
