I love Syntrax shakes. I actually got a sample of the Mango to try, not Vanilla Torte. Loved it! I do wish they would sell 1lb containers so it was easier to store multiple flavors since I like to switch it up.

Definitely stir this, dont shake. Make sure to stir it until theres no clumps. It makes a huge difference! The flavors are great and the the isolate is pure. Im on a high protein diet and this helps me maintain my stamina through out the day.
